1.  Triển khai, thực hiện các kế hoạch công việc theo mục tiêu đề ra:

  • Tiếp nhận và xử lý khiếu nại của khách hàng trong phạm vi công việc phân quyền.
  • Theo dõi tiến trình xử lý khiếu nại, phản hồi giải pháp với khách hàng nhanh chóng, chính xác.
  • Thực hiện khảo sát mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng theo kế hoạch. Báo cáo kết quả và tìm ra nguyên nhân gây ra những đánh giá chưa tốt của khách hàng nhằm chủ động đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện.
  • Điều phối và phân công nhiệm vụ cho kế toán viên và lễ tân.
  • Tiếp nhận và lưu trữ "Phiếu yêu cầu dịch vụ". Đồng thời chuyển phiếu đến các bộ phận liên quan để thực hiện theo quy trình.
  • Viết hóa đơn khi có đề nghị.
  • Làm hóa đơn bán hàng trên phần mềm kế toán.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan.
  • Báo cáo thuế.
  • Báo cáo tài chính cho ban giám đốc theo ngày, tuần, tháng, quý.

 2.  Thực hiện các công việc khác:

  • Hỗ trợ các đầu việc phát sinh trong hoạt động vận hành chung của trung tâm.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên.
